One way is to take a small piece of the pillow and take it out of the pillow case. You want to do this while your pillow is still inside its case. Start by folding the bottom corner of the backside of the case over and slide it off. Carefully remove your shredded memory foam, which should be firm enough that it doesn't go all over the place, but loose enough to pull away from its original shape...
