I've been training for this game for more than the past week only to get the necromancer kits to wear on my Dagon Hai robes. It is true that I've got 30 fine cloths in my account waiting to use. The only thing I need to do is three of the kits to be used on each of Dagon hai robes, but I'm having difficulty obtaining key to gold chests which "may" but buy RuneScape gold "may not" contain these fabled kits.
